John Hart's Cave Marker is at Lindbergh Rd. and Zion Rd. Map / Directions to the John Hart's Cave site
John Hart was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. In December 1776 John Hart he hid near here from The British and Hessians who were searching for him, at one point hiding in a natural rock formation call the Rock House.
John Hart's home and grave are in Hopewell NJ.
