Where can I find information about visiting hours and admission pricing for the historic sites listed on this website?
Many of the historic sites listed on this website do not have specific visiting hours or admission, because they are visible at all times to the public. Examples of this include roadside markers, historic signs, statues, and public monuments.
In the instances where the historic sites do have specific visiting hours and charge admission, a link to that historic site’s website can be found near the top of the entry. Please see those websites for current information about visiting hours and admission.
Can you help me find out more information about my ancestor who took part in the Revolutionary War?
This website is not a genealogical resource or database.
The focus of this website is on historic locations. The information it contains about individual soldiers is usually limited to the role they played in a given historic location. In some cases, Revolutionary War soldiers’ gravesites are listed in entries about cemeteries, along with the information written on their grave markers.
Beyond the information in any of the entries and their accompanying source notes, no additional information can be provided.
